I bought my Kindle 11 days ago, already damaged it by setting it down and then stepping on it. It took 6 minutes on the phone with Kindle Customer Service for them to verify my address, email, and tell me that a replacement was on its way and I had 30 days to return my broken Kindle. If you don't ship back within 30 days, they charge the credit card on your Amazon account. That's really impressive customer service, and I'm very satisfied after what I anticipated would mean me swallowing the loss.

Jared,
Wow, that is really something to consider.
With Some starting as low as $305 and the new similar model at $499
The new features are really something special, but every one must decide for them selves if the would get the value from the added price. The features list are as follows:
Front-facing VGA camera
Rear-facing 720p camera
Gyroscope
This could really increase the fun factor, but not really necessary for some.

The kindle is bundled with a USB cable and an AC adapter. You can recharge over USB by connecting it to your computer or using the AC adapter.

The USB cable will look much like the cable you may have used to connect a digital camera to a computer. The AC adapter accepts the other end of the USB cable and allows you to plug the kindle into a wall outlet for recharging.

I read (I know OLD); however, someone mentioned "the message" version. Please, don't take my word for it, research and discover that this verssion is "evil" and should NOT be used. It is NOT a bible, it is filled with non-scriptual, unsound verbiage. I know, I recognized some of the text from when I was NOT christian... I repeat it is not a bible and also, scripture warns against adding to or removing from God's Word. FYI, May God bless you and the Holy Spirit convict you.
